The rule for makeup is don't be afraid to make it VIVID! No matter what your mother taught you, when choosing eyeshadow, use blues and greens. Black eyeliner and mascara are always best, and don't forget to shape and darken your eyebrows! Lipstick should always be red, the redder the better. And make sure to use a rosy color on your cheeks, putting it on the apple of the cheek and not in the hollow.
Remember to accentuate the eyes and the lips, for they are the sensual focal points of your face. And sensuality is definitely the look you are after as a witch. Have fun, play with color and don't be afraid of looking "cheap". To paraphrase from The Satanic Witch, cheap is just another word for available, and the more available you look, the more sexually desirable you are!
